We process aggregate CDN request totals, bandwidth, and geographic distribution to provide analytics and enforce usage limits. For audience reporting, we process CDN request logs into country-level request totals. This analytics collector does not retain raw visitor IPs, URLs, or user-agent strings in our database. These are not unique visitor counts. CLI authorization records contain device labels, hashed access tokens, expiry and last-use timestamps. Payment and credit records support billing, fraud prevention, and reconciliation; payment-card details are handled by our payment provider.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication information; billing and transaction records; project configuration and content you choose to deploy; support messages; and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security logs. Payment card details may be collected directly by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, build and deliver your sites, process payments, provide support, detect abuse, maintain service reliability, communicate important service notices, meet legal obligations, and understand how the platform performs. We do not sell personal information.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on where you live, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
4. Service providers
We may share necessary information with infrastructure, content delivery, analytics, authentication, payment, email, monitoring, and customer-support providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us or as the law permits. We may also disclose information to comply with lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction.
5. International processing
Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for these transfers.
6. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, backups, dispute resolution, security, tax, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Deployed content and account data may remain briefly in backups after deletion.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you believe your account is compromised.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update account details and choose whether to receive optional marketing messages. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
9. Cookies
We may use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A higher minimum age may apply in your country.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@staticweb.site. We may update this policy as the service develops and will post the new effective date here.
