1. No-refund policy
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments to StaticWeb.site are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, renewals, usage charges, upgrades, add-ons, unused time, and accounts that are suspended or terminated for violating our terms.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your current plan remains available until the end of the paid billing period, unless the account is terminated for cause. Cancelling does not refund or credit the current billing period.
3. Plan changes
Any price, credit, or effective date for an upgrade or downgrade will be shown before you confirm it. Unused allowances and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and include the invoice or transaction reference. We will investigate verified billing errors. This does not create a general right to a refund.
5. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
6. Contact
Billing questions can be sent to [email protected] before purchase or as soon as you notice a charge concern.
